I need a recommendation for a good coin counting machine

Im not a dealer, so I dont need anything too commercial grade. But, I do buy 90% silver bags and would like a way to sort/count the coins. Thanks

I use a local community bank that will count/sort coins at no charge. I used to own a laundry mat side business that spewed forth multiple quarters. Most banks require that the coins be seperated and rolled with your personal information on each roll.

I've tried the $40 plastic "made in China" coin sorters. They're OK for pocket change, but have a tendency to jam with larger volumes and repeated use.

I have heard that Brandt is okay. I think my local dealer has a larger model made by the same company. Here is a link to an ebay auction that looks to be fairly cheap.

Bootie? the one that I have is made of metal and very heavy, it has two slots or deposits per coin and that way while you empy one the other one is getting filled and that way you never have to stop but to drop in a new hanfull of coins......it does jam once in a while but neither did I pay $500.00 for it.

I wasn't going to put my exact street address in and I figured that Lake was a good place.

Currently in the Parkmont/Glenmoor area.
